For more than five thousand years, humanity has been evolving within what Patricia Albere calls the first threshold of unity: the individual incarnational loop of existence.

Within the first threshold of unity or our individual soul’s journey, we endeavor to move beyond the survival conditioning that causes us to be competitive, violent, fearful, and selfish. We have free will and make choices between the duality of light and dark in a world whose foundational matrix is built from separation.
In 2024, it’s easy to see that something else is needed. Exploring and developing a new way of relating and functioning together is becoming imperative for our survival as human beings. The future depends on our ability to evolve beyond the limitations of separation and being dominated by deficiency needs.
If we proceed in our separateness from individual agendas, personal success, and solo awakenings, we will miss the enormous opportunity present. Some of us need to move to higher levels of development where our locus of attention shifts from the personal self to the transpersonal together. A natural sense of mission and a higher ethic result from our moving into shared unity together.
The next wave of evolutionary patterning invites us beyond our separateness toward shared unity – toward a divinity ready to lift and reveal a more profound, more powerful, living interconnectivity.
We live in an extraordinary moment in time when evolution is creating new potentials for humanity that can only be found together.
There are thresholds to cross that require a different orientation & alignment. When we learn to access shared unity a new world of possibilities arise that meet the needs of these times.

What You’ll Discover During The Course
Crossing a threshold is a highly symbolic act, such as in the rites of passage of transition to adulthood or the ancient tradition of carrying a bride by a husband over the threshold of their first home. It indicates commitment and change, leaving behind the old and entering the new. It is a boundary when we pass through it, we find ourselves in a radically different world.
Crossing these thresholds creates new possibilities not only for you as an individual but also for humanity’s evolutionary transformation.
During the course we will move past the individual threshold into unitive thresholds that represent multidimensional levels of love, awareness and functioning.
First Threshold:
INDIVIDUAL
In the first threshold, we will explore the underpinnings of the incarnational soul’s journey, karma, free will, higher levels of development, the nature of witnessing consciousness, polarities, linear progress, navigating relationships from separation, boundaries and more…
Second Threshold:
MUTUAL AWAKENING
As we move into the second threshold, you will directly experience and understand the movement from soul identity to origination point sovereignty. We will explore the power of emergence, shared circuitry, intersubjective awakening, spondic love, flow states, shared multidimensional experience and more…
Third Threshold:
UNIFIED BODY
Unified Body or Interbeing is an emergent reality that is entirely unique and crucial for evolution. Most of the retreat is devoted to bringing everyone inside this living geometry of unity. We will thoroughly explore the 8 vectors that allow us to experience being a unified body. A vector is a quantity that has both direction and magnitude and describes the location of a point in space. You will discover what it means to live from the edge of evolution.
Fourth Threshold:
IMMACULATE UNITY
Immaculate Unity is the foundational evolutionary wave pattern moving us forward. Jesus once said, “Without vision the people perish.” Together we will encounter the power and clarity of the future calling us into a unified fabric of oneness.

Using the Mutual Awakening Practice as the foundation you will engage with teachings and practices that give you access to:
Identify the limiting components of the individual threshold where the incarnational loop of karma and growth, free will, creation/destruction shape our existence.
Learn about the three thresholds beyond the individual threshold (mutual awakening, unified body, and immaculate unity), how to identify and know what is required to move beyond separation.
Experience collective practices, mandalas and dual awakening practices designed to move you inside the third threshold of unity. You will also be exposed to original and unique perspectives arising from collective evolution that will transform your experience of self, other and the world.
Be informed by living at the forefront of creation and divine consciousness in form. Feel the fundamental differences between the structures of separation, shared unity, a unified body and beyond unity.
Work with the 8 vectors that give the precise location and orientation for the potential of this living functioning unity – discovering the specific requirements that allow a group of people to move into higher forms of unity together.

PART ONE
HUMAN INSTINCTS
As biological beings, humans are “hard wired” with three foundational instincts. These instincts are shared with all animals. There are specific instinctual intelligences necessary for survival as individuals and as a species. We each have a self-preservation instinct (for preserving the body and its life and functioning), a sexual instinct (for extending ourselves in the environment and through the generations), and a social instinct (for getting along with others and forming secure social bonds). We will explore these instincts and how they express themselves in how we order our lives, what we value and pay attention to. The awareness of how pervasive the influence of these instincts are is transformative and eye-opening. From there, we will begin to illuminate the exciting evolutionary possibilities and potentials are now arising from a new source, beyond the animal level of survival.
PART TWO
CREATIVE UNION
Evolution has shown us that life evolves through succeeding orders of complexity, and as that happens, consciousness increases. Teilhard de Chardin, Jesuit priest and paleontologist, saw that when different elements come together, like cells or molecules exchanging energy to form new wholes they bring into being creative unions – that which has not existed before. Beautifully, simpler forms connect and share energy, which then bond into higher forms with more complexity and consciousness.
We will explore how creative union occurs and what the special energy of exchange is that allows something new to emerge. For human beings to move beyond individual survival, driven primarily by our instinctual needs, we need to come together in creative union. This is a unique time in history where a transformation in human consciousness is the next evolutionary step for existence.
PART THREE
DIVINIZATION DRIVE
Survival is always at the heart of the evolutionary process. And yet, we need to be awake and available to what the drive of survival is now. The intensity and complexity of over eight billion humans living on a relatively small planet will either move us toward ultimate dehumanization, or we need to become ultrahuman (divine humans finally in complete connection with each other and something larger). In this session, we will explore the evolutionary drive arising from a new creational matrix that is bringing forth the drive to divinize our world as our means of survival. We will also further discover the implications of what is beckoning humanity.

About Sherry Pae
Led by the mystical call and a deep reverence for the body, Sherry has been immersed in the fields of health care, holistic healing, personal transformation, and spiritual evolution since 1972. The foundational influence of her journey was 21 years as a Critical Care nurse. It was there that she learned to meet the edge of life and death with wonder, compassion, and a depth of presence. She discovered the innate healing abilities within us all and was catapulted into developing her capacities as a teacher, healer, therapist, and visionary leader.
Carried by the urging of her soul’s longing, she transitioned from nursing, studied Energy Medicine and Healing, and was then asked to join the faculty and administration of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. Through her many roles, she has facilitated thousands of people in the process of awakening and healing. She has taught, guided individuals, and led groups throughout the United States, Europe, Japan, and the Middle East, and has now committed herself to the emergent edge of a new reality, one that is orchestrated through the many as the one. Carolyne Mathlin is passionate about fostering contemporary spiritual community and practices that create collective connection and divine embodiment. Previously, Carolyne served on staff at Unity of Tustin for 16 years and eventually served as senior minister.
